Order

When you place an order through the website, you will receive an email containing all details of your order, including size, colour, and total price.

Your order does not constitute a binding sales agreement. Based on stock availability, your order may be cancelled by prior notice via email. Once production begins for your item, we will send you a confirmation email indicating that your product has been dispatched, which means the offer is accepted. If you receive a dispatch confirmation email, this means your order is ready for delivery. Any items in the same order that have not been confirmed by the customer will not be processed.

Returns and Exchanges

All products undergo a quality check before packaging. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of the product, please contact us.

You can use our assembly videos for product installation. If there is any missing material during installation, please contact us.

The products will be manufactured according to the measurements you provide. Therefore, returns will not be accepted in case of incorrect measurements provided during the order.

Please do not accept any packages that are torn or damaged upon delivery. If possible, take a photo and notify us immediately.

We are ready to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. For exchanges under warranty, no delivery charges will be requested. In other cases, delivery charges may apply.

Please note that the colours displayed on our website are photographic representations. We are not responsible for any tonal differences that may exist between the displayed images and the actual products.

Delivery Charges
Any order with a value exceeding £500.00 will be delivered free of charge within the United Kingdom. For orders below this amount, delivery and packaging charges will apply based on Royal Mail rates.

Purchased products will be sent via Royal Mail or another carrier. If a carrier is used, the customer will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the parcel.

The customer is responsible for being available at the delivery address to receive the product.

Return of Measured Products

Products with measurements provided by the customer cannot be returned; returns are only possible if there is a production defect or if the product is damaged during transportation.

Returns and Refunds

How Can I Receive My Refund?

All refunds are made to the bank or credit card you used during the payment of your order. We strive to ensure that your refund is made to your credit card or PayPal account within three business days after the returned items are accepted.

The return period depends on your bank’s processing time.
